Matchroom is a community engagement and matchmaking platform operated by StartLabs Innovation LLP under license from YBM Labs, a brand/business unit of Zillusion Private Limited.
For the purpose of platform operations:
- StartLabs Innovation LLP acts as the community operator and licensee
- YBM Labs / Zillusion Private Limited is the developer and product owner of Matchroom
2. Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Matchroom collects, uses, stores, and processes personal information of end users who access or use the platform.
This policy applies only to the operation of the Matchroom platform. It does not make either StartLabs or YBM Labs responsible for the truthfulness, legality, safety, accuracy, or appropriateness of any user-generated content, user interactions, messages, profile claims, or off-platform conduct.

Neither StartLabs Innovation LLP nor YBM Labs / Zillusion Private Limited monitors, endorses, verifies, guarantees, or assumes responsibility for:

- User messages or conversations
- Statements made by users
- Conduct between users
- Outcomes of introductions, collaborations, or relationships formed through the platform
Any reliance placed by users on another user's profile, claims, or communication is at their own discretion and risk.

We do not sell personal data.
We may share data only in the following situations:
- With service providers or infrastructure vendors supporting platform operations
- Between StartLabs and YBM Labs only to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or improve the platform
